Returns and refund Policy

Sometimes things don't quite fit as we would like. Please continue reading to learn about our returns/ refunds policies. 

Items that can be returned:

  • If your item(s) was broken or missing something
  • Did not fit or did not like how it fit
  • MUST have original tag and be in its original form. 

Items that can not be returned:

  • Hair accessories
  • Jewelry
  • "Final Sale" items
  • Discounted purchases
  • Items that have been worn, stained, or have deodorant smells

How to return your item(s):

  • Please email: Clements0216@Gmail.com on what issues you had with your item.
  • Shipping is at the customers cost for returning an item
  • To keep prices low and affordable, qualified returns will be issued in the form of store credit. (Store credit will be a a code that you can use during your next purchase.)
  • Eligible items MUST be shipped or returned back within 14 business days. Shipping charges are non refundable. 
  • Once your item is received, and it meets the above criteria, your code will be sent via the email pertaining to your return.
